  • Logging in to Sakai

    You will need to log in to Sakai with your NSCC student ID number (N#) and PIN. 

    If you do not have your student ID, you will need to contact the Admissions Office:

  • Introduction to Sakai Navigation

    Your Sites

    Sakai is organized into a number of sites. The initial site your will see when you log in is your Home site. This is the initial landing page for all users. The other sites you have access to will be listed in the Sites menu in the upper right corner. You can click on the star icon to mark a site as a favorite, which will pin it to the top bar so it is easily accessible.

    Class sites do not appear in this list until they are published by the instructor. If a class is not appearing before the start of the semester, please be patient. If a course is not appearing after the start of the semester, contact your instructor.

    Do Not Use the Browser's Back Button

    Your browser's back button does not function as you expect in Sakai. It is strongly recommended that you do not use the back button. If you need to reset the page you are on, click on the page name in the light green bar at the top. This will return you to the initial view for this page. Any unsaved work or text will be discarded.
